About the Event

Overview

This training will provide an overview of the issues facing women in the workplace and what strategic actions employers can put into place to provide balance and equal opportunities.

Why you should Attend

Women continue to battle bias as they navigate their careers. Unconscious gender bias is defined as unintentional and instinctual mental associations based on gender norms, traditions, values, and culture. Women still earn less, get promoted less frequently, and are underrepresented in the highest leadership positions.
